Duluth News-Tribune (MN) - January 19, 1999 Deceased Name: PAIGE Y. JOHNSON Paige Y. Johnson, 32, of East Superior Street passed away suddenly Saturday, Jan. 16, 1999. She was born Aug. 1, 1966, to Dr. Carter Johnson and Marla Johnson in Duluth. Paige grew up in Minneapolis, attending the Blake Schools, and graduated from Duluth East in 1984. She attended the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis for three years and later worked for the university and the Bakken Museum. Paige also worked as a volunteer and paid employee for social service organizations. Paige was a warm, loving person who brought joy to many people's lives. Her wonderful heart and spirit will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Dr. Leonard Abramson and paternal grandparents, Russell M. and Marion Johnson. She is survived by her mother, Marla (Dr. Robert Sorenson) Johnson of Minneapolis; her father, Dr. Carter (Cheryl Larson) Johnson of Duluth; sisters Jody L. Johnson of Evanston, Ill., and Kelsey A.L. Johnson and Ariel R.L. Johnson of Duluth; maternal grandmother Rose Abramson of Duluth; uncles Wesley Abramson and Russell R. Johnson of Duluth; and an aunt, Mary B. Decker of Duluth. Services: 10:30 a.m. today in Johnson Mortuary. Burial in Adas Israel Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to the charity of your choice. Arrangements by Johnson Mortuary, 514 W.
